I'd love to see rorquals be put at actual risk over nerfing their usefulness but all things considered any nerf is an improvement at the moment.

Long time ago, when Strip miners actually made a very loud and powerful noise that was echoing across miles in asteroid belts, I have seen people mining in high sec in hulks that were uber mining and uber tanking ships. I have seen people PLEXing their accounts by mining in sole hulk in high sec.

That was a long, long time ago.
