First off, if we didn't follow CCP's rules, CODE. would have died over 4 years ago..
What we do with CONCORD is 100% legal (or we'd be banned too)
So, before a gank, gankers shoot a poco or anything ele that can be shot to gain the criminal status.
That will pull CONCORD away from gates, gaining a few more seconds to shoot the target.

Each character spawns a different CONCORD squad, so undocking criminal alts would only make more CONCORD spawn.
The banned method that was known as "Hyperdunking" consisted of dropping lots of shuttles that were flown by the soon-to-be criminal to delay CONCORD DURING a gank.

Mercs pay 50m-500m to shoot at targets we shoot for "free" (the price of the ships used), and Mercs cannot shoot NPC corp plebs while we can (because who cares about losing ships?)

Obviously, you haven't had a look at my killboard, nor at some other CODE. members'...
Some of us fly blingy boats most of the time, which do "benefit" from insurance.
Ships that get shot by CONCORD (i.e. all the catalysts, bombers, etc.) don't get any insurance payback since many years (I believe it predates 2012) It is worth noting that if a ship is destroyed by CONCORD, then no insurance will be paid out at all, even if no additional insurance was purchased.

CODE. has less alts per member than VMG does. I know of Under 10 Alliance members that actively run over 3 ganking toons.
The rest are individual players or players that use 2 toons.
Those toons also happen to be able to fly all the stuff mercs use (surprise surprise) and then some..

To be a copycat group, we'd have to be based on a previous major ganking Alliance, which weirdly enough didn't exist before CODE.
People can retaliate quite easily against us, the Code is the best weapon against us. And well, our bumpers, looters and structures can be shot at... I guess it's too much effort or risk shooting those lol.

And lastly, CODE. has the occasional war.
Wars where we are outnumbered massively (1v6 situations and such), but that doesn't stop us from killing them (without any logi either lol)

Please don't try to talk about CONCORD mechanics, it's obvious to even someone who has never suicide ganked that you have absolutely no clue (It's not like they're hard to understand either..)

I'm not talking about VMG and nothing against them, but you thinking you're that much better and everything you do is so much harder is really funny. Ganking/Wardeccing consists basically of shooting targets that don't want to shoot back 99% of the time, don't act like you go out for fair fights or that your opponents ever have much of a chance. Even in the case that they bait you and do, you can just ecm them and run before their main fleet arrives.

I multibox 13 gank chars + scouts/others and regularly throw my fleets worth anywhere from 850m-1.5bil away with no return, while you have almost no risk of losing anything if you pay attention. I'd argue I'm risking much more every time I go for a target with the 3-4+ ag that I always have following me trying to ecm and loot theif me. Insurance haha lol

This means you are gaming the system. If CONCORD would function as intended you would not be able to kill a target. Most of the CONCORD delaying methods are becoming offenses so little by little the rope is tightening around your operation and sometimes in the near future it will disappear. There is no CODE killer, you've lost it again :))

Hehehe we pay to play. You just force your way through using tin cans and disposable alts. There is no group adhesion, no real interaction between people. You are just an army of alts ran by a very small number of dudes.
