I have activated accounts but i can't use them because accounts are alpha clones. How to activate them myself (PLEX unavailable)?

Still confused why no one has gotten a reply on this thread. I wrote a essay a month ago asking serious problems and still haven't gotten a reply. Super unprofessional. Can't tell if they read these and just don't give a **** or if they're too lazy to check; however, it's obvious that sisi support has regressed back a few years.

SISI is offered as is. As stated at the beginning of the thread and each of the linked help articles, individual support is not nor has ever been offered for SISI. SISI is a internal testing server, and is not offered as part of your subscription.

Just wanted to tag my criticism on to this thread as well - people who for whatever reasons were Alpha at the time of the last mirror are now unable to test Omega related things on Singularity which is a pretty major PITA. In the past I as many others - including community streamers / youtubers have used Sisi to test ship fits, ideas and plans for completing various PVE and also PVP activities.

This was GOOD for CCP and EVE as it meant people were testing things, possibly against the next big update which meant that any bugs could be seen and reported early.

Now you have quite a few pissed off people who maybe lapsed their subs for a month because of holiday, family, financial reasons and all CCP have said is we don't care wait 3 months for the next mirror.

Come on guys this is not the best way to treat the community that is actively helping you test things!

Shouldn't be very hard to make the /omega command check account standing in TQ's database and then update account status on SISI to match TQ.

We aren't talking about individual accounts. We're talking about mass accounts that can't connect despite being subbed at the time of the last mirror. And is there any reason you wouldn't mirror again for a release like blood raider shipyards?

I keep trying to log on and it tells me I will get an email with a verification code, but I never receive the email. Is there an issue with this system?

Thanks for pointing out that mistake with the Help article. I have marked it for updating and we will get that pesky line removed.

it seems that for now, you can upgrade your alpha account on sisi via plex bought at the seeded 100 isk value. I'm sure it has no affect on the live server, but ti seemed to work for those wanting to test stuff.

I haven't been alpha in > 2 months, but the test server still thinks I am. You really need to mirror more often if you're going to advertise for "mass tests". Otherwise it just seems you're not taking it seriously and we shouldn't either.

It's actually really easy to implement a / command or a web form to copy characters from one server to another, and it would greatly increase your test server feedback. I'll even do it for you if you'd like.
