Right, Fiction Forum for posting fiction, or asking lore questions before writing, or getting feedback after posting. Also check out Backstage fiction + fiction discussion for additional inspiration. Eve Fiction for across the whole player base (good), Backstage for hanging with writer community (also good).

You'll want to find a fan-run site and avoid CCP. If you actually know about the lore enough to fictionalize continued events, you're far too valuable to give it to them, for free.

Find a fan run site they can't shut down. We ran into this with Star Trek and Star Wars content. The last thing you want to do, legally, is ever put it on their site.
