I believe that in 1 hour Putin will move forward with his takeover of Eve.

He already controlled the Russian block of eve. Now through his puppet he controls the American block. When Boris Johnson's Brexit allies fully take power in Britain, he'll have that block as well.

I guess we can hide behind France... until Marie Le Pen takes over. Then Putin will have won Eve.
