Used them for the first time as I couldnt be bothered moving it myself.

Fantastic service. Cheaper than Red Frog

Got an nice EvEMail from the pilot when my stuff was picked up with a delivery estimate.

Perfect Service will definitely use them again.

I've asked twice now to not receive any Eve Mails from Push Industries. One of those two times being an Eve mail sent to the CEO of Push Industries. Yet today, I've received another Eve Mail from some push member accepting a public courier contract I had issued. The in game contract system provides me all the information I need about the state of my courier contracts.

I am done with Push Industries. I ask that no PUSHX member accept any public courier contracts I may put up. If some member should, DO NOT SEND ME ANY EVE MAIL!!!

Hey Molic, thanks for posting. I looked into this and noticed that MicroPush, one of our subdivisions took a public contract from you. We checked our private history and noticed you have not issued any couriers to us privately. That being said, our standard policy for non-private contracts unfortunately does not permit us to have a list (as it would be potentially rather extensive.) If you wish to become a client with us, we can add you to our list.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. As for a solution, you may consider adding Push Industries and MicroPush to your block list so we cannot contact you in the future via your public contracts.

That's not a very good solution. Everyone that is in my position needs to block all Push members from not only Eve Mail, but chat as well? If I did that, I wouldn't be able to have such lovely conversations with you in the Minerals and Manufacturing channel any more. Put my name on what ever list you need to and be done with it.

I don't know what to tell you Molic. We have a list that we check for private clients, but honestly we complete a lot of publics. We do it to keep our advertising going. Until our website is up and evemails are 100% completely automated, I am asking you to please bear with us. Every corporation has its growing pains and this is just one of them.

For now, each public that we do is advertising. So I apologize for the spam to a certain extent. I want to stress that we do have a private mailing list, so if you want to us to add you our list, just send your contracts to us. We'll get 'em done in a snap and you won't have to worry about evemails. The alternative to that (which would be a temporary fix until we get our automated system working) is to just block us.

Honestly, those are the best options I can give.

I don't need any advertisement from Push. I know all to well what your service is like. The only way to get put on a 'do not mail' list is to make a contract to you? HELL NO!!!

If you want your entire Alliance on my Block list so be it. BLOCKED you will all be.

Thanks for selecting an option and your diplomacy in this matter. I really do appreciate it. While it's not the option that we here at Push hoped for, at least now you won't have to worry about mails when we deliver you your stuff at the speed of light.

I've come to the conclusion that I overreacted in this case. I am sorry for any negative comments that I have made either in this thread or various in game chat channels about Push Industries or Siigari Kitawa. I'll be removing PUSHX from my block list. I would still like to be put on a 'do not mail' list. If that is not something Push is willing to do, I'll work out my own solutions

Hello Molic!

I'm happy to see that this is mostly settled from your side.

I'm also happy to announce, that after some internal discussion we decided to put the effort in to work on a solution for this, even though we didn't had complaints otherwise. I'm one of our webdesigners/coders working on our frontends and making this a priority to offer an opt-out feature on our soon-to-be online website.

In the meanwhile, our Pushers have been advised to pay a little more attention to your name when they do public contracts and not mail you. I apologize, should this happen again, for reasons like a new member not aware of this individual situation or for some other reason, but we're gonna try to avoid it at our best!

I hope this is so far to your satisfaction, as we strive to offer our best in service, to customers and non-customers as well :)

There is no need to move stuff, because now you can push it!

I tried Push Industries with few contracts today and was really satisfied. I will be using Push for all my contracts in the future and if service continues to be better than Red Frog then I won't look back.

Remember that, in addition to high-sec and low-sec, we can service NPC 0.0 stations. I made a nice trip up to Stain the other day.

I've been using Push since early December, but have been lax in posting here - sorry guys!

I'd say I've averaged 5-10 contracts per day with Push, and they've always been delivered promptly (much more so than other services I've used, and at a lower price too). On top of this, Siigari and the team are always friendly and eager to help out with any difficulties (although I just "fire and forget" the contracts to them, I tend to lurk in their channel).

I can't recommend their service highly enough!
