Sorry, didn't mean to pick on your example. It was just particularly interesting to me as a specific case.

And as I say I know as an animated movie not originally done in HD it isn't a great example - just my only really memorable personal experience w/ someone obsessing over HD vs non HD when they couldn't really tell one way or the other...even though it happened close to 10 years ago.

The dead swans lay in the stagnant pool. They lay. They rotted. They turned Around occasionally. Bits of flesh dropped off them from Time to time. And sank into the pool's mire. They also smelt a great deal.

personally i'm ok with the way the game looks and here is why.

1. i would rather have content created atm, since i'm an exile from the incarna mess way back, content is key.

2. see 1.


MMO's are about player experiences and content creation.

I'm not object to a better looking game just not at the expense of anything else.

I am a miner, mission runner, and explorer...

or as EVE Online would have it...
