Hegemonic Council and what happend to Rising Dominion

In the building stage of the Fledgling Alliance Rising Dominion, I ran into some ignorance in the form of what I wanted out of this game. I didn't want inane babble, I didn't want fights without strategy and I didn't want an endless stream of racist remarks. (Now if that is what you want, that is fine with me. We are all free to enjoy this game in whatever ways float your boat)

What I am looking for is a group of players that want to grow a corporation or alliance. The foundation I'm building will be based on trust, equality (of people), respect for what each person wants to do and accountability. You want an equal say in things, put in an equal amount of effort. You want to just chill then just chill but do not expect a full say.

If you are a beginning player who wants to build something or an established guy who plays has a small corporation reach out to me.

I have met a few people in Eve that have left a mark on how I feel about this game.


Victor Karoff: (awoxed me when I was first started playing to teach me a lesson) Lesson learned Victor....I am reminded each time I see that bounty I put on you pay out.


MrGronk: The fights you don't take are just as important as the fights you do.


Stoseph Stuarts: The best FC I have met at this time. How he knows at a glance if you can win the fight is beyond me!



So I'm looking for a few people, who want to start at the bottom and build something great. Take time to develop a relationship based on full disclosure. If you are interested reach out to either Skarn Shardani or Gorbog Ogeko in game.

Super MOON

The Hegemonic Council is looking to grow and as a corporation was invited to join a new small alliance. Like any good CEO you take a look at the pilots, corps. and other involved in the group you may be joining.

I’m not sure if it was the super moon shining the light on things, but very quickly I noticed some issues.

1. this new alliance was involved in a Mutual War.

2. If you looked at the kills and the pilot names for the Corps knew each other

3. Most of their large Isk value kills were POS items or Citadel items.



I believe if HGEM would have joined this new alliance it would have found itself being stalked by the WD corp, which I believe would have been fed intel about HGEM activities.

If that would have happened I would have found HGEM shining like a super moon!



Moral of the Eve Story….all things that look or sound good may just be **** under a spotlight!

I would also be interested in finding another new small corporation that would want to merge and build together. Or start an Alliance that would also be able to grow.

One thing I continue to notice is that it does take planning, logistics, and PVP ability to survive (If you plan to live outside of HS)

I believe if you build a foundation that is solid, things will last. If your foundation is built off the cuff then it has a large chance of breaking!

Hegemonic Council has a news website and blog. Www.hegemoniccouncil.com. I have been following some happenings out in the Stain region of NPC null.

My goal is to either join HGEM. (Hegemonic Council) with an established alliance or continue to build on my own.

I read a recent Imperium chat were they talk about about spies and how you vet a new person.
The best way of course is a full API and full discloser. What I mean by full disclosure is telling and knowing who the pilot is in real life. That doesn't need to heppen for everybody but for the right opportunity it will help.

Give me a shout in game! Skarn shardani, Storm Auduin or of course Gorbog.
