So after 90 hours i still got no reply on my support ticket. Best customer support ever. Who cares about players who spent 5-10 years playing your game.

You need to add the object type to your overview, or target with RMB. If this isn't working for you, try Show All Brackets and selecting the bracket. if that still doesn't work please submit a bug report from within client immediately following reproduction of the bug.

further to my still unresolved issue regarding being unable to log in my main , i now get a 'this web page is unavailable ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED' message when i try to launch eve to play on my alpha account . uninstalling / reinstalling the launcher has not cured this . starting to get f**kin annoyed now EvilEvilEvil

ive been paying to play eve for 5 years continuously now .

i hoped that when i had any issues i'd get a better response than 2 automated replies over 5 days when i submit a ticket stating that i am unable to log in to play due to a problem that is so simple to rectify . i appreciate it's been a hectic time with all the issues with the latest patch , but this is unacceptable customer service EvilEvilEvil

Howdy All

As an Eve Player since 2009, with the new exspansion, and the fun and games with the email verification...

My experince as living in China and such and the fun with VPN's.....

With this new verification process is that it has been okish, the fact that i had to verify 10 accounts was fun...,

but it worked but all where linked to a microsoft based email account. i.e. Hotmail/outlook etc. it worked ok. being stuck here in china only Microsoft accounts are not blocked by state sponsered secret services, so ditch those Yahoo/Google accounts as they are being spied on by many country's i think this is the key point....

Yahoo/Google are the problem not CCP.

the email i used to create this alpha is yahoo, so thats not the issue in my case .

Nice try with the soft attempt to shift blame to the customers by implying they chose the wrong email service providers. That's not what's going on here.

CCP screwed up big time trying to roll out a new security system in too short a time with too little notification for people to find out and try to adjust in advance. There were bound to be problems, but CCP doesn't care about those until "Rome is on the edge of burning".

Read the problems that people have had; they are much more than spam-blocking by a few service providers. However, even for the latter it is CCP's fault for using a verification approach that would likely be detected as spam by a responsible service provider at the volumes of sending verification messages to your entire customer base . Over 90% of the email messages that the typical mail server receives these days are spam; they *have* to filter to serve their users well.

Don't be an apologist for CCP. They can defend themselves if being blamed unfairly. However, the blame is very well placed in this case, and the customers are fully justified in their dissatisfaction, anger, and frustration.

I'd like to report a bug which started since the patch.

Since the november 15th/16th patch there is a bug with ice anomalies. When they are completed, sometimes they do not despawn, even though all the ice is gone. Eventually the anomaly despawns, never to spawn again until the next server reset.

Several people have reported this but I've seen no acknowledgment that devs even know about it. Where should I post this? Where is the patch issues thread?

Possibly related to this, is that so far, every time this bug occurs where the ice anomaly doesn't despawn when empty, my ice harvesting drone bugs out, and I can't give it commands - can't even scoop to drone bay.

This account has had an active subscription for over 48 hours and is still showing alpha clone state ingame and wont allow me to logon with the rest of my accounts.

I have 4 accounts that I cant log into as they are attached to defunct email account, reported over 48 hours ago and its still unresolved what else can i do ?

Ah I read up I see there is a massive backlog so looks like i have to wait this out .

Trying to log on to my alts account, asks for the verification code, log onto my emails and nothing appears. Been waiting for around 4 hours now...

So, I am unable to play until this is resolved, as well as a skill que running. What happens to the game time I'm unable to use while unable to log in? And what happens if my skill que ends before this is resolved?

Welcome. In my industrial citadel does not line up and the event. The modules are placed and the fuel is. Sorry, English is not my native. I was advised to create a bug report using f12. Like created. I understand I am not alone with this problem?

Fixed and thanks to Nokizaru. In case anyone else has this issues, this was the fix that Nokizaru shared with me that worked. .....
Run Launcher/ Settings/ General / Shared Cache (let it verify first...if you still have the issues - Use the 'Reset' then verify.
