[BUG REPORT] The effect of Blood Raider Cerebral Accelerator Is remove

I have 7 characters had consumed Blood Raider Cerebral Accelerator , and there are 27 hours left for the effect just before today downtime.

After the patch, all character has remove Blood Raider Cerebral Accelerator because of bug.

If you read the Designated Thread for Patch Issues, you would see that this is a known issue and CCP is working on it.
