Emergency reboot of Tranquility on Wednesday, January 18, 2012

Tranquility will go down for an emergency reboot at 16:20 UTC to address an issue with PLEX redeeming and node crashes. We expect that the server will come back online at 16:30 UTC. We will use this thread to keep you updated with developments and apologize for any inconvenience due to this server reboot.

Since 16:43 Tranquility is online and open for business again.


The emergency downtime was necessary to fix an issue with PLEX redeeming. Additionally an issue related to an earlier node death was addressed.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
