Deep Space Erections is an old PVP corp with a core group of experienced high skilled PVP focused pilots that have flown together steadily since we all formed DEAPR together almost 7 years ago. As a group we believe that developing and mentoring newer players is important to the long term health of this game and to our organization as a whole. To this end we accept newer players who express an interest in learning to survive and thrive in some of the most challenging space in New Eden today. We have a formal mentoring program for each new member and we offer one on one effective training to teach people to survive, prosper and thrive in the null sec environment. We understand the effectiveness of force multiplier ships in the Eve PvP environment like logistics, scouting, and e-war, ships and we actively encourage our younger pilots to train to ships that emphasize player skill over player skill points. We are looking for players who wish to learn how to thrive and become isk sufficient in Null sec and who are willing to focus on finding fleet PvP ships that are appropriate to their skill point and player skill level.
