WarTech Empire is recruiting more pilots! The CEO having real life combat experience uses that for well structured and fun gameplay. All players new or old are welcome. The focus is to find what the player enjoys the most so he can have that job inside of the corp that way we will have an active player corporation.

Now part of a 0.0 alliance that hold there own Sovereignty we are ready to expand our combat operations. Looking for experienced pilots to join special teams of Special Ops (Covert Ops), Ranger (Interdictors), and Airborne (Electronic Warfare). Some categories have limited slots and will be reserved only for the best within the corporation.

As our corporation continues to grow more of our plans are getting put into action. We now have basic training set up for any new pilots. This will give you a good understanding of what EvE is about and how to survive. We have old player vets leading our new training program. As player count continues to increase have have also set up more dates for operations including Mining, Mission Running, and PvP classes. We are still accepting more pilots so we can achieve more of our goals that have already been planned out. Below is the full rank details but its long so I will give you the short version. Enlisted - No requirements/ Casual Player, NCO - 10 mil sp/ Active player, Officer - 15 mil sp/ Active player and must be able to lead operations.

Go Enlisted! There is no requirements for enlisted and is for the more casual players. For newer players to eve or ones that don't want hardcore 23/7 play time and just want to hop on run a mission with the corp or shoot some some and log off this is the place for you. With POS and SOV set up in our own little piece of space there will always be active WH and NPC pirates that you can hunt down. Or you can use one of our different assembly, research, or refining structures. Skilled officers will be there to help guide anyone who needs help. Basic ships and fittings can be given out to our newer players. There will also be schools setup to help give you the necessary skills you need for whichever path you wish to pursue inside of the corp. Later as we grow larger more advanced schools will be open for our skilled soldiers. There will be Special Ops, Ranger, Airborne, Advanced Manufacturing, and Advanced Research. There is a rank structure to keep everything organized and for checks/balances, the ranks go from private, private first class, specialist, sgt, sgt first class, First sgt, Sgt Major and Sgt Major of the Fleet. Wavers is an important part of the rank system. A waver will cut the time to the next promotion in half. After completing basic training from private to specialist is 2 weeks for each rank and 1 week with wavier. After specialist it takes a month for each rank or 2 weeks with a waver. Soldiers can change there MOS anytime they like except during war.

NCO core, the hardcore players of the enlisted should sign up here. The NCO core E-5 and higher are the true leaders of the squads and platoons. Taking the soldiers to the frontline trenches. NCO's is the backbone of the corporation they are the ones who makes it happen. If your looking for an important role within a corporation and want to be a leader without the politics this is where you belong. There is two different ways to become an NCO, you can earn it by Time and Grade or you can enlist under the qualifications of 10 mil sp and an eve mail telling me or any of our recruiters where your skills have been focused to help put you in the best position for you.

Go Officer! Requirements is 15 mil sp and a eve mail telling me where your skills are located so I can put you in the best occupation for the corp. Limited officer slots are available. The officer core is more advanced players with knowledge of eve and its different aspects. You are the leaders of the corporation each of you will be able to run your platoons the way that you see fit. There is a lot of opportunities for officers. To help keep out the people who abuse the system only certain amount of slots will be open for each officer position. The rank system will go like this 2nd Lt., 1st Lt., XO(oldest 1st LT.). CO(Captain). Lt. Colonel, Division Command, General. Some ranks are being skipped for times sake. The higher you go in rank the more people will be under your command and more corporation wallets become available to run operations, ships, and help the newcomers get the skills that they need. Volunteer officers will operate TRADOC which will be in charge of all the schools. Officers must stay in there MOS but if they wish to change a replacement officer must be found first.

Thats right and now older vets are expressing interest in the corporation with there knowledge of eve and enough players we can set up our goals and operations so everyone can have a good time in the corporation with whatever best suits them and make isk.

With sov and pos we will have industry, wh, pve and begin organizing our pvp operations.
