Ah, I was surprised with this feature too, when you have a booster that you want to dock, its a nice surprise :P

Before the standing bug with the new sites, I had a standing of 8.56 with Amarr Empire (Before skills)
Now I got a reimbursement and have 5.44 before skills.
Please check this.

While entering and exiting warp the slasher goes up and down, looks like the center of the ship is moving. Is this intentional?

No kidding. Noticed that too. I was in the 8 range as well before the event sites, now I've moved from 4.6-something (cannot remember exactly) or so to a current 5.83. All of this after modifiers.

Math apparently are hard. Maybe adding one shot of 21.6% isn't the same thing as nine hits at 2.4% a pop separately considering how standings works. Come on, CCP. We do appreciate the willingness to fix that for us, but at least get within the ballpark. Personally, I don't care as long as I didn't loose enough to get stonewalled by agents, which I'm pretty sure I was fine all along anyways, but others might.

That's happened before for other ship visual redesigns. Bug report it, I guess. Maybe it's a problem with the current camera system, which means it will likely stay that way indefinitely.

By spamming, is it happening more than once per instance of docking with a running module? The reason I ask is because it should show up at least once under these conditions, but only once.

It happens only once. Still, I don't understand the reasoning behind it.

I think the standings were incorrectly fixed.
You seem to have done a increase of 2.4%*(number of times penalty received).

So people who had a high standing with Amarr took a hit, people who were Matar mission runners might now be sitting at +10 Amarr!

That's if my maths are correct. I am fairly sure that it takes the difference between where your at and where you can go and applies a %.

So a Matar mission runner with -7 Amarr standing runs say 10 of those, It took them to -7.65..
Then you guys said, Give him a 2.4%*10 boost (24%)..
17.25 * .24 = 4.14 gain... -7+4.14 = -2.86

So that doesn't even come close to what they had before!

Someone with a high amarr standing.. Lets say +9
If they ran 10 of those then it took them to +4.9 standing.
You then gave them the same 24% boost..
5.1*.24 = 1.224 gain.. or 6.1224 standing...

Again, That was not even close to what the players had before!..

If I am wrong on how standing gains and losses are calculated then someone feel free to let me know.
But I am fairly sure that the following is the rule.
Negative gain is multiplied times Difference of Standing and -10.
Positive gain is multiplied times Difference of Standing and +10.

The Correct Fix would have been to run a gain event for every loss event with a formula like this.
((10+CurrentStanding)/0.976)-10

And when you DO go to fix it (I hope you will?) You cant simply use a loss of (2.4%*events) like you did before, or you'll do the same mistake in reverse..

It's always been like that to my knowledge. CCP probably left it in because it's not hurting anything. I'm confused as to how it's bothersome. Just ignore it?

I have been ignoring it so far, but why is the message there if people are recommended to ignore it? And there's also random "you cannot do that while warping" coming up when you enter warp that's been around even longer. At the very least CCP could tell me what I was trying to do when warping.

Any news on the incorrect standing reimbursement? Any comment at all?
I would hate to go back mission grinding for months and months.

Since this update, inventory sorting seems to be broken. Previously, if sorted by group, size, or other category, the item name would automatically be the secondary sort. Now when I sort by group or size, the items within each group are all randomly organized instead of alphabetical.

I posted about the same thing a week ago, but nobody answered from CCP.

Who on earth thought it was a good idea to give a massive Amarr standings loss for defending the Amarr empire?

A single site needs 16 missions and an average storyline mission to just recover from that site, assuming one is still able to enter Amarr space. Or if you get materials for war 32 missions plus two storylines, crippling other faction standings, so you need to balance the other faction standing, so 64 missions! But wait there's more! Those cripple amarr in turn! So you need to do.... Eyes glaze over and logs off.

NOT FUNNY!

I think its easier to repeat the SOE Epic arc after the usual 90 days .. gives a big standing boost towards the navy you fly with (so .. Imperial Navy of course ) and standing boost towards the entire faction ... without any drawbacks with other factions

Nice one .. again 7 accounts to re-enter into the launcher ..

its not like the launcher managed to remember those same accounts for almost a year now - but forget them twice in less than a month ... for christ sake do proper updates and if the other player is right .. don't connect the remembered accounts to a network connection

CCP, please tell me why your new freaking camera reset zoom level for frigs and destroyers each time after i used tracking feature.
This very annoying since Dynamic Camera Movement turned off.
Look this video
I created bug report where you can find link to another video with same issue.
report ID EBR-91973.
Fix your stupid camera pls.

CCP, your new camera makes me mad. Really. With Dynamic Camera Movement ships try to escape from screen and I have to interrupt animation after every departure from the station. And without DCM zoom level continues reset for small ships when tracking used and still we can't set up Custom Tracking Position.
I remember when CCP has excellent programmers and when we had good OLD camera...

Amarr standing has been increased, but not to what it was before.

When a contract is a citadel, it has a warning on it that you are accepting goods in a place you maybe dont have access too. But if you are in the citadel itself, the same warning is on the contract. Why is that? Your game knows you have access since you are at the citadel in question!

118.6: No issues, max graphics, 60FPS (I-7, 16 gb ram, win 10 pro, dx-12 (reports as 12, D3D DDI says 11.2) AMD Radeon 5700

08/08/2016- 118.7: the "improvements" to clouds result in lag,5 fps even with reduced settings, around any cloud. Multiple people posting similar symptoms in this thread.

month goes by....

09/12/2016- 118.8: no change, no answers, no responses.

10 days after 118.8.......

Should we start calling the choice between ****** graphic or 5fps this a "feature" at this point?

Not sure if this is a bug or not, or if it's even part of 118.8 Issues, just noticed it honestly.

So... narcotics are legal in highsec now? If so, great! I can finally dump all the drugs in their bin & clean up the Assets list without facing fines, security rating dings, or confiscation! If not.... umm, CCP.... narcotics are bugged as they are acting as perfectly legal everywhere I'm routing around in highsec.

ShockedLol

Legal boosters are not part of the 188.8 update.

They were part of the 118.6 Update, though Blink

That goes for narcotics as well? Not just boosters?

Shows how much attention I've been paying to smaller details lately. What?
