A discovery regarding event implants

When looting the container in the event you sometimes get implant.

CCP has made it so that you only get one implant of each, after you found one, you will not find a second one similar.

I've found three mid grade epsilons so far, in addition to other low, mid, and high grade asklepians.
I'm gonna hit 50k scope points today.
Looks like it is completely random.
