Citadel Deliveries: Bring back offline delivering

With the recent patches we are only able to used the deliveries method while both players are docked at the same place (same way player trades are done). The old work around to player trading was the option to deliver items to another player, this mechanic did not require the pilot receiving the goods to be docked at the same citadel or online at all.

With contracts still not working in citadel it would be nice to have a alternative way of transferring items. The offline delivering was very convenient when running PI goods between accounts. Not to mention the notification that listed all the items you received, was great for book keeping.

Obviously there was a down side to deliveries and that was if you accidentally sent an item to an inactive/wrong person there's a good chance you'll never get them back, but that's also why there is a confirmation box.

Bringing back the old deliveries mechanic would definitely improve the way of life for capsuleers.

Or they could work on contracts more?
Splitting Dev time between two features when one feature already being worked on will do what you want..... seems odd.

While contracts certainly do the job, deliveries were super convenient when you just wanted to simply trade an item between your accounts without having to go though the whole creation of a contract. Really cuts down the time when running PI to simply drag the items to you're alt.

Use Corp office, use Trade with both characters in station. Contracts only take 20 seconds anyway for that sort of thing, and if you want to trade while one character isn't there, you should pay for the convenience.
