As the name may suggest this is a last ditch effort on your part to kill whatever is trying to kill you by overloading your ships reactor and over clocking all of your systems.
Activation would happen just like self destruct (by right clicking on your ship) except it could not be stopped,prevents warping, and prevents gate jumping.
So why do it?
It would give you a 10% boost to every module on your ship on top of normal overheatin ,boost your sensor strength 20% to possibly overcome jamming if that's happening, boost your shield regeneration and increase your speed all for 5 mins. Just thought this might be more interesting then going quietly with a self destruct and be a bit more final since you can't stop it even if help shows up.

Edit:as another twist there would still be a kill mail that goes to whoever did the most dmg.

Might make sense for weapons, completely burns them out and you get 1 shot 2x alpha (or whatever)
