fighter refueling

A skill for speeding up refueling time would be great. or the ability to launch before they are full and will have less of their special.

Because during a fleet fight timing and speed is everything. And currently if you use all of your 8 missiles it can take quite a while to refuel your fighters and get them back into the fight. So a skill to reduce fueling time or the ability to launch early gives you more options.

So maybe a rig would be a better idea then a skill. Like the one that increases launcher reload.

No, this would simply speed up the refuel speed, not lower the current amount.

except the current amount is balanced around the lowest value. by adding something to reduce it they would have to raise the current value.

the reload time is there to keep you from spamming that ability. It is not meant to just be cycled you are meant to use it tactically
