So what would you propose the tax to install a jump clone be set to?

More.

Do you authorize payment for installing a jump clone in this station? The payment required is 900,000 ISK.
Maybe the wording could be updated, as I already have a jump clone installed in this station.

So when I want to jump from one Null Sec Player Owned station to another Null Sec Player owned station
Do you authorize payment for installing a jump clone in this station? The payment required is 900,000 ISK.

That would actually be acceptable to most players, unfortunately it would halve CCP's projected isk removal from the npc jump cloning fees, so don't expect it to happen.

As it is now, you pay 900K to jump to an existing clone, then another 900K if you want to install another one there. So jumping to a clone and installing a replacement = 1.8 mil.

This is all about removing isk from new eden, it has nothing to do with what is best for those using jump clones.

My opinions are mine.

  If you don't like them or disagree with me that's OK.- - - - - - Just don't bother Hating - I don't care

It really is getting harder and harder to justify $23 a month for each sub.

You are absolutely correct, ccp is buffing nullsec, specifically nullsec ratting which generates isk by drawing it out of the game, that's pretty good in my opinion, it's also a big reason why plex is starting to crash, less isk means plex is weaker, which strengthens nullsec, in fact anyone can get into null sec, there's several start up alliances competing with my alliance for space.

So have citadels broken the in game economy? Has somebody monopolized all trading activity in the game and getting 100 titans a month?

No?

Wow...what a shock.

Nobody ever said that would happen within a couple weeks. Stuff like that takes time as you slowly convince traders to change their ways. That was also predicted as the eventual effect of 5-6% brokers fees, which aren't a thing yet. 3% is still reasonable enough to not mess up the whole market.

Wait you are telling me people are leaving trillions of ISK on the table that is just there for the taking?!?!?!!?

Look, consider your source on these idiotic claims. Gevlon Goblin, the guy who actually thought that PvE fatigue was not only a good idea, but good for the game.

It's annoying that we cannot see our tax rates in the Wallet>orders tab any longer

They do still show them, but only the Sales Tax affected by Accounting skill is there (eg showing 1% instead of the standard 2%); however it doesn't show the Broker tax correctly affected by Broker Relations (ie it stays at 3%).

Obviously I understand why it cannot show the individual result(s) when you actually put up a Sell Order, because that depends on NPC Corp and Faction standing.

I used to jump into and out of my pvp clones regularly, now I'll have to rethink that. No more cheap fun, it'll cost me 100's of millions extra over months now.

Will accounting skill reduce the sales tax?

If not, why? Why is our ISK just draining into a void using our own structure?

Yes, it does - currently Accounting V will reduce it from 2% to 1% (perhaps 2.5% to 1.5% if they change it in the future to what they originally proposed)

It's the Broker fees that the owner sets - which, I believe, you an set all the way to zero for yourself (managed by Access Lists).

Doesn't really matter what a Citadel owner sets brokers fees at - It doesn't show up in a market search so - Overall, market Citadels, are Pretty Damned Useless.

From upcoming patch notes;
Quote:
The context menu for market entries in Citadels does now include the options for the location / solar system.
Is a start but is still far from enough information to warrant using them.
It is of course enough information to see more Citadels die; Just open your market and your potential targets are listed for you..
