[WTB] Amarr / Nightmare

Good evening all

I am looking to buy a Amarr char with more or less the following .

- between 20-30 mil SP

- No cap ship skills

- Good gunnery skills not perfect needed

- no need to be super focused

- if your posting stripped chars please include skill book price estimate for me

- prefer nightmare ready if possible

I will look at any and all posts and mails , I have around 20 Bil sitting in
my wallet currently but can expand if the right char shows up .
