View buttons are gone from HUD, where is tacticals overlay?

I cant see "change view" buttons next to my HUD anymore, place whrere they were before DT is empty now and I REALLY need tactical overlay.

CCP, where can I activate tactical overlay?

I fiddled around and got buttons back when I checked "try new Camera" in settings.

I guess they try to make lives uncomfortable now for people trying to use old view
