Oh CCP,

sneaky little tax increase with the new patch Twisted . Well, this thread is not to discuss the ups and downs and bla bla bla, buyer will pay either way. But I am curious what will happen with the market in general considering contracting taxes:

Contracts
Sales Tax: 0,5%
Broker's Fee: 0,95%

vs.

Market
Sales Tax: 1,0%
Broker's Fee: 2,00%
(optimal with max standing)

Back to contracting system for high value items? Very oldskool, I like it Lol

Not every change which is discussed will be implemented on live server later, misleading patch notes can be seen as sneaky. But who the heck cares, this is not the topic.

What do you mean try harder?

The tax change has been widely known for quite a while and it is in the patch notes.

If you rely on a news site rather than the official site, for your information, then you can't blame CCP. They published details of this here long before the patch notes were published.
