I have a question about character transfer

I currently have a character that I want to transfer to another account, my question is when I do will I lose the extra training queue I currently have on my account for this character and will I lose the character I have on the new account.

I hope this makes sence !!

The MCT queue is with the account, not the character, so it won't move, but you will be able to train another new character in that slot.
You need to have a spare character slot on the account you are moving it to, but won't lose either of the other two.

For what it is worth, CCP will swap characters between accounts that both have 3 characters.
