If I'm not mistaken. Dotlan pulls off of the EVE API/CREST and TQ's Database is currently being tinkered with this downtime. It may be trying to deal with the new changes.

I've been trying to 'add' myself to Dotlan for weeks now and they never acknowledge my request or add me... so maybe I'm not their cup of tea?
