I am trying to start a corp / alliance, looking for someone who is experienced in Corp / Alliance administration to give me some advice.

So, I am just looking to do a mic chat in the game client, or on teamspeak.

Looking for someone with knowledge of the following:
- Alliance administration (including income generation, income sharing between the corps, how power is divided among the corps, etc.)
- Some general info about recruiting corps into the alliance, joining an alliance with your corp, and holding sovereignty as a new alliance
- How holdings corp work
- How to check for spies, and what program to use to check Member's API key
- How to set up ship reimbursement program, and how to manage it.
- How to set up alliance team speak, and the various different chats that need to be set up for different levels of command.
- How to set up a website that verifies player API for teamspeak registration, etc.
- How to set up a website that broadcasts pings, etc.
- Some info about FC'ing, and supercap warfare.

Basically, I want to learn all aspects about running an alliance.
