I Have a Big Problem in game,Please Help Me

I just bought (buy) game on steam with my friend.When i were trying to customize my character there was no option for me.There was just 3 steps to start game but my friend had 6 step to start including customization
The point is where is the customization menu??
"I'm trying to make a character, but the game won't let me customize it. It just skips that step of character creation"

That makes no sense.

The shown image shows a character you had to create yourself. If you didn't,
then something is seriously wrong and I suggest writing anpetition in "stuck",
which is high priority and fully appropriate for your issue. (I dare to claim that)

That too, but "stuck" is more efficient and appropriate in this case,
because the game seems to have an issue possibly preventing people to play.

Ofc they could play with a precreated character, but that's just ... really bad.

people with this problem have reported that they can still customize after entering the game. So give that a try.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.

If you can get into game, buy a plex and resulpt.

Uhm... weird.

What he shows is an issue with character creation.
He is being forced to use a character made by whatever, but not by him.

And seriously, telling a player to suck up the bug and buy a plex to resculpt is just awfull !

"Sculpting" is the term we use for modifying a character's body type or facial features.

Once you've chosen your name, bloodline, gender, and so on, if you weren't given an opportunity to sculpt your character at first log in, please try docking up and choosing the Character Customization service. If you then do not have the option to rescuplt, please open a GM ticket and ask for a free character resculpt.

Edit: Also DO NOT use "stuck" as your GM ticket category, if you have to open one. That's only appropriate for cases where you cannot play the game at all due to your character being in a broken state.

the difference between a resculpt and reposition your character isnt really clear in the game.

Especilly when youve already got a character, go to add some clothes, and are prompted with a resculpt option. you kinda buzz though the prompt and dont realize you are now resculpting rather than redressing,

Maybe the character customize button should open another window with clearer options, if both options are available

I've had it several times where I couldn't adjust skin tone for a new character. A relog would solve it. Same with all kinds of hairstyles and clothing options that simply disappeared, like leaving me with 2 options for bottoms or something like that. Happens fairly often.

Makes no sense, even though I risk looking like an idiot.

From what he said he was unable to even create a character himself and had no option to choose bloodline and gender,
but instead had a character precreated for him. He's complaining about that, not about the lack of resculpting.

Thus writing a bug report is nice and all, but if more people have that issue, having someone know ASAP is priority.
