  • adequate targeting skills

Edit: This toon is very specialized to do Sansha incursions, pulling 120-150m per hour, he could also bliz level 4 missions. Every single one of its SP is dedicated to these things, nothing more. I'll give you 4b. Should have focused on 1 weapon system and taken atleast one racial BS5. Gunnery supports are ok.
