Suggestion: Move the "automatically refresh market data" checkbox from the left gear menu to the right one

The option to automatically refresh market data is currently located in the gear menu next to the market search box, which otherwise deals only with filtering options for the search. In my opinion, a much more natural location for it would be in the gear menu at the far right of the market window when the market detail tab is open, since refreshing market data is an option that only applies to the details tab. This menu mostly includes filtering options for the orders, but it also contains the Mark my orders option.

I noticed this after installing Eve on a new computer, when I couldn't find the option to not automatically update market data because I was looking for it in the gear menu on the right, and then was unable to open the gear menu on the left because the filtering options won't open when search is active. It's a minor annoyance--it's an option that only needs to be changed once per install--but I feel that the right gear menu is a better place for it.

Suggestion 1.
The ability to set a default location in industry for the location of required materials and output location.

Rationale.
A. Corp Blueprints are often placed in restricted areas for obvious reasons.
It is a pain to move stuff out of these restricted areas if they are not allocated correctly.
B. Minerals, PI, Moon goo, datacores etc are usually kept in a central location (personal or corp). Even Windows can default locations for music, video, documents... I am guessing Bill Gates didn't make it through the Eve Gate.
C. Default output location - no more Hurricanes stuck in the small secure container....

Suggestion 2.
Surely a ship as big as a freighter has enough hull space, power grid/CPU to fit a hard point for a tractor beam?
It also seems incongruous that industrial ships have high slots but their bigger cousins do not.

Instead of only telling that one is away too far from an SMA to board a ship out of it, the ship should additionally automatically approach the SMA and board the ship once in range.

A little work on the bounty system and who's entitled to know of a claimed bounty. I noticed I'm still getting notifications on a 100,000 isk bounty I placed on someone several years ago. He's burned through a few billion isk in bounties now, so my 'share' must be less than 0.000000001 isk of his current bounty.

Please create a pop-up notification when a person on a trial account attempts to inject a skillbook that isn't able to be trained on a trial account. While the skills do have the "Cannot be trained" text in the skill description, there's no feed-back at all if they attempt to inject it, making it seem as if there's a disconnect or server lag.

Add a fleet assistant position to the fleet UI.

The fleet boss would be able to designate one (or possibly more?) fleet members as fleet assistant, regardless of their position within the hierarchy.

A fleet assistant would be able to move members around the fleet, invite members, and see the fleet composition just as if they were fleet boss or fleet commander, and would become the designated "successor" should the fleet boss disconnect. or leave fleet.

Consider also giving the fleet assistant and/or the highest filled command position an option to "usurp fleet boss" with a warning dialog and short delay - this would be useful in long running or standing fleets to recover without reforming fleet should the boss go AFK.

Yes, I realize that the same thing can be done already by having someone other than the FC take fleet boss, but because the advert's listed under the fleet boos and not the person in the fleet commander position, most FCs tend to keep both positions to themselves, therefore this is still useful.

Show the % of level 5 an Index is at.

The current sov index viewer doesn't show you how strong your level 5 indexs are, simply saying that they are 'level 5'. Really annoying when you drop down to level 4 before DT because you had like 2% level 5 indexes.

I am curious how hard it would be to create a bit of a program for Eve that would change your clock to your own TZ and accounts for daylight savings anywhere there is a date or time in the game. Like manufacturing and research install/end dates. As well as a dual clock that can be set in the escape menu. So that people wouldnt always have to do the mental math on such things.

Just curious how many people would use such a feature if they had it or how easy itd be to code into any date/time values. Thanx for reading.

Suggestion: Create a mail when posting something on the calendar

Note: The purpose would to be to automatically post a corp or alliance mail when the calendar was used to schedule an event. The mail could be as simple as supplying the title of the calendar post in the subject of the mail and then supplying the date and time in the body of the mail itself, along with any details provided by the calendar event as well. This would simply just make the calendar more practical and applicable for CEO's, Directors, etc.

Make folders for the market quickbar? For instance if I flip items and manufacture ships, then I can open up the ships tab when I need to sell something, but otherwise I can have that folder closed and not cluttering up my quickbar.
