API Checker

I am looking for a specific API Checker, although I cannot remember the name.

If memory serves me right, it had yellow in its logo, and I could swear had a "Z", "K", or something like that in the name/title.

It was very user-friendly, and allowed you to check their wallets and mail with ease.

Does anyone know the program? It was much more user-friendly than API Jackknife.....

Check their mail? So invasion of privacy is also a pastime in EvE.

Your "invasion of privacy" also protects my corp members from intruders hellbent on harrassment. If I am given reason to believe you are a spy, you have no privacy. If I link you with the harrassers, you're gone from Corp. That's not invasion of Privacy, it's protection for my members.

Just the same way any authority can tap your phones with reason to believe you are doing something against the good of the common wealth of society. I'll protect my society the same.

Ok, but if people know you check the mail they will not use it for those purposes.

Also if mail is regularly deleted, how can you check it?

What I find more disturbing about what you said, you are not just content to verify who they say they are but will monitor what they do (via mail) even when they're a member of your corp. I certainly wouldn't even consider joining your corp. Not that my mail gets used much, in fact not at all for a few months.

Api checks barely protect you from anything. 99% of the people who are going to screw you are going to have clean accounts and characters.

No, I won't monitor anything. You can play the way you want. It's your subscription. However, I will check if needed.

So if I was in your corp. how would you monitor my subscription as any notification is either on my actual account of in my own emails, which are separate to EvE?

WTF are you smoking? I wouldn't check anything outside of EVE.

And I wouldn't checking anything inside of eve without reason to anyways.

You claim I'll be monitoring your play. I said no, I wouldn't monitor anything, but I will check if there is reason to. Your mail is your business, unless you are suspected of being a spy.

No, I won't regularly monitor your business, but I will check if given reason to.

Regardless, my OP was about the name of an API checking program. Do you know it?

You said you would check my subscription, so how would you do that?

there is an account status in the api, evemon tells me if my accounts are active or expired, and when they run out.

I wouldn't worry about APIs if I were you. No competent recruiter would advance you past the forum history check anyway.

Ah, ok

So that's what the op meant.

Oh...I thought "probable cause" had something to do with this in a civil society.

Also, if you believe someone's a spy...like sure, someone would spy on YOU....you still haven't tossed them out yet?

Incompetent and lazy employees are as bad as spies...got an API program for these?

Pssst....I'll give you a clue. People relying on APIs to find spies are the easiest to infiltrate.

There just isn't anything that can be said!

I can tell you have never been part of a good corp or a large alliance.

It's a basic thing to run a API check on new members. Same thing happen in the real world when you start working. More and more job places will require a criminal background check.

Been around since the beginning.

Well, I am not sure ridetheclown has been updated in awhile but Jackknife can be hosted yourself through github or you can use a more updated one at http://evejackknife.com. Links to github and bitbucket are on the main page. As little as its worth I promise to not look at apis on my website, I honestly have no need for them.
