Looking for a 3rd Party Program Coder.

I'm offering to pay programmers to code some programs or subprograms for me.

I offer less than 1 billion ISK per hour at this time.

Please give me some reasonable offers so I can know what I need to pay to get the work done.

(In the meantime, I will be learning more code to start part of the work myself.)

I have devised programs goals requirements.

That is , I have listed and made lists of goals and objectives that the program should be able to accomplish.

Those goals and objectives are the sub-modules that I want to have programmed and interact with the pulled API data.

Nope.

Edit: Not to be rude, but you cannot do this here anywhere on CCP forums(Edit 2) and for the matter no IT will assist you over game currency so forget it. Good luck.

Edit 2:

EDIT Unless it's not.
Actually, you're correct. I've overlooked it.

To OP: I apologize if I came off a bit strong and mean't no offense. Hey, I honestly hope you get what you want, but like I said... you're going to have a hard time finding an IT (information technologist), progammer, whatever, do what you're asking for ingame currency. Hope we can be on good terms OP, good luck man!

Cross posting is bad, and your proposal is even worse. Sorry.

You didn't specify what programming language you were / wanting to write in.

Personally, I won't be coming home from a day of coding to continue coding in the evenings for ISK. (Well actually for anything other than overtime at my current job.)

1st, well I can, and I have proof that supports this.
2nd, I am not looking for IT.
3rd, I am not requesting help over game currency.
4th, I can forget it too. I even made records that allow me to forget it and keep making the retrieval of the information easy and quick to access should I forget it, or if some attackers try to put me into shock and make it impossible for me to recall.
5th, thanks for the attempted cover but no thanks, and yes, I already got offers and the work could be finished tonight, tomorrow, and/or the day after.
6th, there was no need to drag this 10 months as the previous 10 months, that is highly unprofessional.
7th, although you were not trying to be rude, it could seriously interfere against my goals, objectives, rights, prevention against damage and also protection of my work, which could be way worst than being rude.

What do you mean by cross-posting? No one reads the other forum.
The proposal is good and it can be modified to your need unless you just prefer future offers to get worst.
Sorry , but not sorry.

Any programming languages will do.
I also accept to translate the language or otherwise use code for creating newer versions from legacy code.

Do you mean that you need overtime to be able to code?

I found one more coder today actually , the other first one I had didn't reply to me yet.
God knows what is going on with him.
He still refuses to give me a reasonable quote thinking that just how I would inform him of what needs to be done would suffice.
I expressly and specifically explained to him that the reason he didn't understand was because that the incentives or motivation or rewards for him to code were not enough.
He fails to understand that for me to give him more details or info about the requirements, which he is welcome to verify, and is part of the programming work, would take time and does take time and efforts.
I also cannot do that for free on my own, even if I am the one to pay to give him the details or updates.

Edit
Plus I got a quote.
Although it is far from final.
I also got a better deal on my first quote because that,
I did and do have and will have resources which can potentially and effectively facilitate the project in practice and not only in theory.

Just because you think that no one else reads the other forum isn't really the issue. The issue of cross-posting is that you posted in the other forum and then, thinking that no one will read it, you proceed to post a very similar thing here - and that is cross posting.

Is your second sentence a weirdly-veiled threat? Bizarre.

That's not correct. We read the Tech Lab forum. But you didn't provide anything interesting worth a second look.

Except that I didn't write that I thought that no one else will read it, or was reading it, before you mentioned cross-posting.
In fact, they do read it and don't reply.

Why would the second phrase a weirdly-veiled threat? And why is it Bizarre?
If you can't formulate or read contracts clause I suggest that you spend a few more weeks studying that.
Btw, you can still offer me some other counter-offer than bizarre weirdly-veiled threat...
I don't deal lightly with those trying to abuse my intellectual property.

If you can't see it on your first look, perhaps I should suggest that you pass.
There should be other opportunities for you then.
I don't read the Tech Lab forum.

Look, this is very simple and I don't know why you're being particularly obtuse about it:

1. You created a thread on this subject in the Tech sub-forum

2. You then created this thread

3. This is crossposting, and if you had bothered to read the forum rules instead of being wrapped up in your own insane little world, you would have known that it is against the rules. How's that for reading contract clauses, bee-atch?

4. ???

5. (Probably don't) profit!

If you yourself don't read the Tech Lab forum, why bother post there at all in the first place? Why not just do the job yourself, as you mentioned before?

I'm sure I can find some clause that makes it more tech for the tech lab than this one thread here in the general forums that gave me a coder for under 8b so far , or even less depending...

That , is the first place.

Second place,
I did do the job myself in the first place, as I mentioned before, but that was not part of my contract!

That is irrelevant. It's against the forum rules. It is also poor form.

Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......

Anyways, you seem more interested in stopping me from actually getting a programmer and getting the program done than to invest in other business.
Are you suggesting me that it is more profitable to stop programmers?
Or that it would be ethical for me to do that?

Edit:
How could I post in the tech lab forums.?
For instance, there , would be more appropriate to post about a quadruple by-pass surgery , military or not.
It just sounds more medically scientifically technical, and well, legally speaking too.

Edit 2:
+ I only have 10 minutes left and was replying to my new coder as we are reviewing server loads, rights or restriction to share accounts, and what not.
Plus I am still looking for a post from yesterday to which Tau Calabander replied.

Edit 3:
I could also post a MD version which would portray more on business than these 2...

EDIT: Unless it's not.

Some reasons behind the rationale granting purposes to publish in the EVE General forum,
compared to the more specific Tech Lab forum:
1. - The program phase and EVE Related points are not yet in a 3rd party mode phase.
2. - Why is it that an Evaluation method is EVE-related even if not a program is a good point to raise in General .
3. - What kind of method can be devised to detect intentions aimed at discrediting me, perhaps from pirates or other enemies could also be posted in the Crimes and Punishment forum.
4. - How much actual damage did I suffer could more accurately be evaluated with this proposed evaluation programs.
5. - This could also work for others, and help prove that I don't only think or talk about me....
6. - What about potential damage and potential profits?
(Just got an EVE-mail, ty...)
7. - What about a program to update the list of items to be hauled, who knows where, for specific tasks like, war efforts, incursions, faction warfare, mission hubs, trading hubs, etc?
8. - What if that helps to get more people back in game?
9. - What about more paying people.?
10. - Skipped for simplicity.
11. - Same as 10.
12. - Also more simple.

Also, did I mention I had to file for Employment Insurance to collect $12,000 in 12 months?

+ I forgot that I found the risk and reward thread which I thought was in the EVE New Player Q&A again, which I thought was hilarious because that I was commenting on re-entry of 1940s cars launched into space after using heli-drones and crash landing them on the moon to avoid burning them on the way back, which can be illegal.
