how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

And we are sure than "Frigate (Amarr T1, T2 or Faction)" includes the magnate this time? Probably good to check again just in case.

Why has ECM been banned? I'm not an ECM fan but I find it quite interesting that Mr Rive of PL posted a tears thread on Reddit about losing to ECM and now it's banned. Care to comment CCPL Fozzie?

So you stated on the Twitch feed a short time ago that ECM is more powerful than you thought so you banned it. WOW!
How about remove it from game too?

I'd like to know if the roles were reversed, if the tears streaming team had won using ECM if it would still have been banned? Rhetorical question, of course.

It was too powerful in a single race tournament. but sorry i dont want to destroy your tinfoil hat theories. keep going.
