Gotta dispute this one, too - she's simultaneously saying everyone can see what she said, which itself would prove her wrong, as she's said she scanned him down. That means she had a probe hit clear enough to warp to, and on a Probe, that means a strong enough hit to identify it as a Probe, which is a T1 exploration frigate.

You should be taking responsibility for allowing him to escape. You've said many times that your goal was killing him, not making him run away. The fact that he ran away is, in fact, the very heart of your complaint about the incident. That means it cannot be considered a victory, as you are now claiming, because it is exactly the result you have repeatedly established you did not want.

So: you attacked. You pointed him, specifically attempting to prevent him from running away. He ran away anyway. That's failure. Now you're claiming it as victory. That's an attempt to avoid taking the responsibility for your failure.

Further, you're attempting to avoid taking responsibility for not expecting him to have warp stabs by claiming that you had no idea that a Probe, a T1 exploration frigate that is almost never used to engage in combat, would seek to run away. You've repeatedly attempted to claim your ignorance isn't your own responsibility, and that it doesn't reflect poorly on your work ethic as caretaker of the lives of your crew.

Then you tried to lay the blame on not having the right tool for the job, strongly implying that in fact, you are aware that T1 exploration frigates usually run away in combat. You compounded this by claiming you know what the right tool is, and in fact own the tool in question, but decided to pursue your course of action while knowingly using the wrong tool. Which makes his escape again your failure, and your responsibility. Which you continue to actively work to avoid via deflection.

As the captain, these things are all your responsibility.

And frankly, to seek to avoid responsibility for even a single aspect of your own ship's performance under any conditions is craven, cowardly, and dishonorable. To further seek to evade criticism by attempting to impugn my combat record as 'inexperienced' is, quite frankly, laughable in its ridiculousness. I have seen more effective attempts to misdirect and weasel away from responsibility from toddlers.
