As we discussed during the last CSM X Summit, we're past the point where back filling an empty position would be productive.

The CSM will run with 13 delegates until CSM XI is brought on board in Q2 of 2016.

How could this be construed as "insidious?" A person can make meaningful contributions and later violate the terms of a Non-Disclosure Agreement without the latter tainting the former.
