Any good one out there? for new pvp bros that want to join the militia but have no idea what to do?

Join a player corporation in any militia that will take newbros.

Here's the thing though... don't get comfortable. Use it to cut your teeth and get a feel for things. Make friends with the people who you see out and about in the thick of the warzone. Eventually... they may invite you to fly with them (despite you being a relative newb).

In militia... attitude counts more than anything else.
