I'm coming. Would someone be helpful and provide some info on how I can get there from Heathrow airport? I'm not planning on getting lost the first time I'm visiting London. Straight

Probably the easiest way is:

Get on the subway from the airport.

Then at:
Earl's court, or South Kensington, switch to the district line (or circle line if you're at South Kensington. either works) and go to Tower Hill.

As per usual here are the Tube line closuers for the weekend of the 21st

DISTRICT LINE: Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November, no service between Aldgate East and Upminster. Replacement buses operate.

HAMMERSMITH & CITY LINE: Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November, no service between Liverpool Street and Barking, trains are diverted to/from Aldgate. This is to allow for Crossrail work at Whitechapel, track and drainage replacement work at East Ham and station improvement work at Stepney Green. Replacement buses operate.
