Old stations and station upgrades after transition period

I have seen this question pop by in another topic (off-topic) but was never awnsered and is quite actual after the latest dev blog and presentation on eve vegas:

What will happen to all the current stations in space ?
and what will happen to station eggs and upgrades not deployed in space ?

most likely the blueprints will be refunded (Give us back the money to research them aswell now with the worker ununions costing us isk!).
But the structures , regarding the price differences between the eggs +/-15 bil , and the large and XL versions 7 - 70 bil i dont see them being converted.
Will these all just be destroyed, destroying trillions and trillions of isk many people have worked for for many years (we even have a station named to our passad away CEO who's last wish was to build a station and be remembered for it). or will they be for example be disassembled into the structure components (by old amounts) at the end of the transition period ? and leaving behind a wreckage at the location where these will be deposited. (or in the hanger of the corp owning them in the nearest citadel structure ?)

anyways , lots of possibilities , but no official CCP opinion yet.

Keep them as invulnerable space magic repositories. When one of the new style stations gets destroyed they will spring into action.

"Where did the space magic come from to save all our stuff?" Just point to the nearest old station and shug.

Where did the space magic put my stuff?" Again just point to the nearest old station.

Magic just doesn't happen, I think it's important for lore reasons to have some sort of basis for the space magic. This would give the old stations a use, save a batch clean up job and add depth and immersion to the citadel space magic. Triple win situation.

You will be unable to build Outpost like a year after all the structures are out, but existing ones will stay. So may your former CEO live on in EvE

Actually most recent plans indicate they will be refunded at some stage. But CCP also haven't said if you can name Citadels or not, so you could just have an XL Citadel named after him instead, so he can continue to Doomsday fools that try and attack him. Much more fitting testament than a toothless Outpost

P.S. They are Outposts, Stations are totally different.
