Jove=Drifters?

So I Was reading up upon the drifters and the Jove and something came to mind. Here are my points.

1:
They are obs able to use sleeper technology.

2:
They have the ability to harvest Jove structures
Why Do I say this? Well Jove tech is very.. powerful.. and being able to do that would be
nearly impossible if they didn't know how. So.. How do the Drifters know?

3:
They are the after effect of the Jove disease.

Autopsy reports say that they have revealed that the two races have similar genetic malfunction.
They share similarities with the Jove with out a match needed (Or extensive studying).

Along with that it would explain the sudden reemergence of the Drifters. The Jove have evolved.
and now they set their eyes on the new Eden cluster

Oh And I Forgot to mention this theory.
To explain the designation idea mention on the forums

It's possible the remaining Jove replaced their body with cybernetics and are combining the biomass from the fetus tubes to make more jove, or drifters as the jove empire fell apart, hence explaining the term "drifters"

It's more like Sleepers = ancient Jovians who went their own way, thousands of years ago; and now, Drifters = some kind of Sleeper race who have awakened and who are apparently hostile to everyone, including the current Jove.

They just were flying past the. Board resolved stop by "Capsuleers" visit. At one to nail one of the rulers. (so to speak helping choose a good Amarr Emperor)

Drifters probably are Jove from the Second Empire, or their offshoots.
Remember Jove is 'shorthand' in game for a variety of things, but are both a Race, and the Jovian Directorate is an Empire made up of Jove.

So the Drifters are not the Jovian Directorate unless super crazy stuff has happened within 5 years of them shutting off contact officially. But they probably are of the Jove race.
