I submitted a ticket in-game about a ship loss due to a graphical glitch. However, I do not see it on ccpcomunity.zendesk.com. Did it still get submitted?

If it doesn't show up on the zendesk; usually means you didn't submit it properly. Try again but using the actual zendesk page.

Also there's a massive que atm and usually takes them around 7-9 days for a reply.

7-9 days...... maybe, CCP should consider hiring more GMs?

You hire to manage averages, not peaks. With averages, you'll have busy times and slow times, but if you hire for peaks, you're wasting a fair bit of money when half of the people aren't working the majority of the time due to current volume being non-peak.

My support ticket filed last week was responded to and resolved within two days.

There just isn't anything that can be said!
