Character Bazaar

I have 1b isk and am looking to buy a character that i can run incs (They told me a character that is very focused in them whatever that means) in. My friends told me to post up here and that maybe someone would sell to me. I don't know if they are messing with me but I'm gonna give this a shot. All appreciated.

Edit: Somebody brought this to my attention about the 2 plex transfer cost. If you were to transfer the character to me now I could run incs to save up a few plex worth and pay you back later (I will almost always be running incursions when I'm on so the gain will be easy I just need a character to do it). You could add me/your old character as a contact and remind me every so often. I am willing to pay 3-4 bil (after transfer) isk throught a month or two. So if you are willing to do this I'm sure we could work it out. Message me if willing.

Unfortunately you have to pay for a Character immediately. Agreements on Payments that will be done after the Transfer are not secured by CCP.
