Looking to buy a PI Character. If she/he has all requirements my budget is 5.0b

Character MUST have the following skill levels to be considered.

Cloaking 4
Command Center Upgrades 5
Interplanetary Consolidation 5
Transport Ships 1

The skills you want are roughly a month of training (1 plex) and a character transfers costs 2 plex. So your unlikely to find a PI toon with just those skills at a price worth buying.

With standard learning implants...

Command Center Upgrades V takes 18-19 days
Interplanetary Consolidation V takes 22-23 days

That on top of the days to train up for Transport Ships, Cloaking IV and the prerequisite support skills for these make it worth while for me, thank you.

Other planning to fly a decent blockade runner would need to be considered.. a quick Evemon look shows 88 days to have what I am aiming for.

So yeah, it's worth the isk for me.
