An option to purchase all items in the fit and then have it assembled by Unicorns would be awesome.

Adding PYFA to the Neocom would do the trick.

If the ingame ghost fitting doesn't have all the relevant information that PYFA and EFT have upfront or by simple hover context, I just won't use it.

Thank you for the demo at the AT CCP Karkur! You are my new CCP hero.

Can we get a list of modules that will fit in a slot with remaining PG / CPU / calibration with maybe just a right click (select "available modules") on the slot in question ???

Is knowing capacity of your ship's cargo hold after rigs, containers, modules, ammo, fuel, etc. entirely out of the question? *prior to completing the fit I mean

More specifically, adding containers can increase m3 beyond maximum values for the ship so doing that simple math is not so much an issue; it's placing items in/removing from those containers located in your ship's cargo hold... that must be done for each of them separately.

Selecting all your ship's cargo hold containers and "select all inside" so delivering contained items or dragging to hangar/station warehouse/etc can be faster.

Oh before I forget. Fix the time required to remotely package secure containers from the Personal Assets window. I remember that being a pita to do, requiring quite a bit of extra time (hours or maybe days??). These were station containers iirc; was years since I last attempted this on a used station container, but it was not fun.

While they are at it, adding Female Unicorn and Male Unicorn to the game as trade goods might help. ;)

CCP Sharq while you are making these changes could you please look at an option for fitting ships en-mass. When you need to fit 100 T1 New Player friendly Griffins it can be a lot of work.

Dunno if this has been requested already, but I'd love to see the tracking of my guns, in rad/s, somewhere more accessible, and I feel this is an opportunity to push for that.

Hey pilots.

Me and CCP Karkur, have been poking at the fitting window. Adding the ability to test fit with ships and modules you don't own and see effects of modules when active or overheated without undocking. In short a lite version of EFT/PYFA inside client.

Some of the information in the stats panel is just raw data and not very useful in context. For example Inertia Modifier might be more useful as an Align Time attribute, a combination of attributes to give you relevant information. A sort of a 0-60 mph. concept that can be easily understood without knowing anything about the engine under the bonnet or other tech of the car.

We are planning to add Alpha in the offence panel and more information for drone users.

It would be nice to get some feedback on what would be useful for you guys to have in the fitting stats and if we see some recurring patterns in your feedback we might implement your suggestions as a part of the feature set.

This projects is just a Skunkworks endeavor for now but hopefully it's to enter production SOON tm.

CCP Sharq,

how will you address good or max skills saved fits which will look good for a max toon,

but when a new player or a player with worse skills going to look at this saved corp fit via ghost fitting going to see it worse due to lack of skills and the max toon will see it very good, how will this help the new players would you address this by in putting levels so a max toon could fit a ships if he had level 3 skills

so would you add levels so saying all my armor shields guns skills max for a ship which is gold masterd , so i fit that ship to a lower level kinda not based on my own skills stats,

What I just have missed again in the fitting window is a possibility to refit from a selection of fittings for the ship I am sitting in. I have a certain situation where I need to refit my freighter between a full set of Inertial Stabilizers and Expanded Cargoholds on a very regular basis.

Currently, I need to drag an installed module out of the fitting into my cargo and a module in my cargo into the fitting window. This is kind of tiresome. Instead of that, I would like to have an expandable section to the left of the fitting circle (like the skin thing), which shows me my saved fittings for this particular ship. I just need to click on the fitting and everything gets sorted with mods from either my cargo or item hangar.

It currently is possible to open the Browse Fittings window, search for the ship and then click on it, but this takes more time than actually dragging the modules manually, which makes it a non-solution.

My ridicule, heavy criticism and general pale outlook about your or CCP's ideas is nothing but an encouragement to prove me wrong. Give it a try.

This should be as "lite" as possible to be honest. Because it's not exactly hard to Alt Tab to Pyfa and see all the stats you need....

Can we get an update as to how this feature is coming along?

Even a rough estimate or a wide time frame would be more than the silence in the thread since the switch to a different Dev Team happened back a few months ago...

C'mon CCP, click that little "receive notifications for this topic" when you take ownership of the threads feature please!

Those who are or have supplied fitted ships to there Alliance, corp or events have spent countless hours boarding ships, selecting fitting, and press "Fit", then wash - rinse - and repeat. .... and repeat... repeat...

So my suggestion is such:

Using similar window and concept as when building ships.
- Drop fitting into window
- Select number of ships to be fitted
- Select location of ships and items to be fitted
- Press "Fit"

3 min (+/- cocking time) and you have 1000 fitted Rifters to give out, and hours more to actually play the game.

And of course, it works as well with 1 as with 1000 ships.

What you think, pointless or good to have ?

So, i noticed on the Roadmap posted in the Dev Blogs that the fitting window update isn't listed at all. Does that mean we shouldn't expect this feature anytime soon?

Here's one I haven't seen anyone else suggest: let's see the chance we have to successfully jam ships with an equipped ECM jammer or ECM Burst based on either our own ship's sensor strength or using sensor strength presets, and taking into account sensor type, e.g. magnetometric, etc.

I forsee a Red X if you can't use it and do not have the skill, a yellow circle if you have the skill but not high enough to use it, and a green check mark if you are good to go.
