I am looking to attain a T3 and/or commandship pilot (without much leadership skills)...

I prefer pirates as I will be lowering sec anyways, and I figure some discount could be had for the negative security status. Minus well save where I can.

I require positive wallet and standings with factions to be above -5.00.

I do not care about gender of char nor do I care about the name.

I can fly a T3 and I'm pretty focused for it.

For your PVP pirating, I can jam, web, neut and carry a full rack of EC600 drones.
