Looking for:

- Gunnery Support skills all to level 5 + ability to use tech 2 Large Energy Turret
- Amarr AND Caldari Battleship to level 5
- Perfect or near perfect shield skills
- Perfect or near perfect navigation and engineering skills
- Good drone skills (light, medium and preferably heavy drone operations to 5)

Bonus:

- Missile skills (specifically tech 2 cruise and torpedoes)
- Jump drive skills

Budget 16 - 20b, maybe a bit more

Looking for a pilot between 30 and 50 million SP
