Character Prices VS Plex prices

How do current character sale prices compare to 2-3 yrs ago, when plex prices were 650mil?

Did character prices rise at the same rate as plex, or did it stay stagnant?

Or, did the death of ISBoxer cause the character sale prices (for higher skill pt characters) to drop off after a climb that would have been in step with plex prise climb?

Character prices have definatley risen in line with plex prices. Certainly worth a lot more than they were 2/3 years ago.

Character prices are a factor of the wealth of EVEs established and rich players.

For purposes of buying characters, buying PLEX, and selling it at market to fund it, is extremely expensive IRL, even at 1bil.

Some people are so isk rich, that they can cycle characters with other isk rich players, for their purposes at that time.
Thats what Character Bazaar is mostly, that, and buying toons of abandoned accounts cheap, for re-selling later.

I dont think PLEX price influences character prices much at all, except on the part of a superificial and nominal calculation of SP/months trained.

The Bazaar is competetive, as mostly a auction system. But its not vested in PLEX, as few people will buy PLEX with IRL money to subsidise purchase of enormously isk expensive characters. Its players who already have isk fortunes in the tens and hundreds of billions, who do so.
