blockade runner i want to move, can light a normal cyno in half an hour.
If you want covert cyno It needs more.

also, i am not looking for anything near 10B so if you just want focused blockade runner, and you need the covert cyno, then my toon will allow you to do that with lots of isk to spare, even if you have to use one plex to train the skill you need.
