So the error started after i had re-installed my OS (Windows 7 ultimate)

I have installed the important updates, got the necessary drivers and software etc.

However the error for the EVE launcher keeps saying "Offline mode", deleted the directory and re-installed it from scratch, still the same problem, i have configured my kaspersky internet security to exclude eve online as well as put CCP on trust list. Still the error is not resolved, i had turned off my kaspersky in order to both update and start my EVE luancher, i still get same problem.

The repair tool failed to fix it too, it gave a error log

from looking at it, seems like the problem with digital authentication SSL certificate.

is there a way to fix this or anything?

Hrm.

Suggestion 1: Did you try a launcher reinstall? https://ccpcommunity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202664365-Reinstalling-the-Launcher Because the launcher you have there is significantly older than it should be. 2.2.950061 is the right version.
Suggestion 2: Submit this as a bug report. https://community.eveonline.com/support/submit-bug-report

If you have the launcher pinned, unpin it. It interferes with it updating.

Other thoughts: Do you have any web filtering between you and the internet?

Ah.. I see your problem.

Splunk from line 75 should not be emitted.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

reinstalling the launcher fixes many problems Smile

Starting Eve from the launcher also tends to help, rather than only using it when there's a client update. Means you get the launcher updates when they come out, and don't get behind.
