Make a T2 Industrial Core but instead of compression allow refinement of ore and or compression of minerals when activated. or give the option whether you want to either use it to compress ore or refine before activation.

That would be an absolute horrible Idea and if you owned a Rorqual you would see why with simple thinking.

Before someone Screams WHY Don't I give a better reason... the ore bay doesn't hold minerals, the Rorq would be filled the moment you refined a load. Thats if CCP ever put a script in for the ship holds that moved unique items to where they should/should not be on pickup. Your Kryos pilots would hate you as suddenly they are moving 90 Mil m3 of Tritanium because the game won't let you move do to some new glitch that came out of this from being overfilled due to new space magic.

From what i remember, if your cargo volume exceed your cargohold volume (offinlining cargohold?), the ship simply explodes. Which is fine by me, give that bonus to T2 core, i want to see stupid industrials explode.

Not sure about that. I thought it just prevents you from jumping stargates.

You cannot undock, jump, or warp if your bays are overloaded.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.
