confirming the watch list has 8-10 seconds of lag in it. im looking at my tengu's shields diping into 30% shields. but watch list shows him at 100% shields. since i have my self locked, i rep my self. when the cycle finishes. im at 100% shields, and now the watch list displays me at 30% shields.
