"The authentication token provided by the launcher is of an invalid format. Please try again or contact EVE customer support."

This is the error I'm getting on my main account. As you can see, I'm able to log in with my alt's account.

Here's the weird part... I tried to log in to support to open a ticket, enter massive error page. Also tried logging into account management, error page there too. Forums, you say? Error page. Anyone else's account simply disappear?

Same error. Definitely activated account.

Yeah there was issues across the board, forum, account management, launcher.

If you are still having issues with the launcher, run the Eve exe file itself, that works.

The forum and account management are working now, so launcher may be ok too.

Launch using the exefile.exe located in your bin folder under your installation to bypass the launcher.

Judging by the eve-offline graphs however it seems fixed now.

It's an intermittent problem for me. Half the time the launcher fails to load eve properly.

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!
