Developers stole plex from my account

Yes that's right you read correctly, i purchased plex through ccp themselves in there store and i log in today and find all of them removed from my account, i have an email saying i received stolen goods, these fuckheads have my transaction in the account as well as my credit-card payments to them for the plex

good job thieves, how many others you stealing from,

This is an issue for the ticket system, not the forums. As you've already got a ticket waiting in the queue, a GM will get back to you, and you don't need to do anything further.
